Purpose of the service

EuroTruckTools provides transport-planning calculators, CMR preparation assistance, pricing tools and company-workspace features. It is not a carrier, freight forwarder, legal or tax adviser, or certified engineering consultant.

Calculations and responsibility

Calculator results are planning aids. Before acting, you must verify vehicle documents, actual weighing, official tolls, driving/working-time rules, emissions methodology, contractual terms and route-specific requirements.

Accounts and access

The account / company administrator is responsible for credentials and permissions granted to company users. Invitations are single-use and must not be published. BETA or plan limits may restrict users or features.

Data you provide

You are responsible for having the right to use data entered into EuroTruckTools and for ensuring it is not misleading or unlawful. Transport requests and document drafts must be checked before use in an actual transport operation.

Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee that BETA or the online service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, security fixes and feature changes may be performed.

Intellectual property

The EuroTruckTools name, original software code, design and service content are protected by applicable rights. Company and transport data entered by users remain data of their lawful holder.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EuroTruckTools is not liable for loss caused solely by relying on an unverified planning result, third-party data or an external-service outage. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes affecting paid service or account use will be communicated appropriately before they take effect where required by law.

Digital Excel products and payment

STARTER and PRO are one-time-payment digital XLSX files. The final price is shown before payment and card data is processed by Stripe, not stored by EuroTruckTools. After payment, a limited-time download link is emailed to the buyer. The file is licensed to the purchasing business or owner and may not be resold or publicly distributed.

Digital delivery and withdrawal

Before payment, the buyer expressly requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges that the 14-day withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies where the file is faulty or not as described. Contact the listed email for technical problems.

Company subscriptions

Starter, Pro and Business are recurring monthly subscriptions and include the Excel files listed for the selected plan. Files and their latest versions can be downloaded from the company account while the subscription is entitled. A downloaded file may be retained for the subscribing company after cancellation, but updates and new downloads require active access; files may not be resold or publicly distributed. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. An owner or administrator can manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal.
