How the pallet-box layout estimate works
- The calculator tests straight, rotated and simple mixed row/column patterns for rectangular boxes.
- The number of layers comes from the maximum loaded pallet height after subtracting the pallet height.
- If you enter a pallet/load weight limit, the final box count is also capped by weight.
Important: This is a practical 2D/stacking estimate, not a certified palletization optimizer. Stability, overhang, crush strength and securement still need separate checks.
